Jualah Contract

• Ju‘alah is rendering a service against reward.
• Contract in which one party (the Jua‘il)
  undertakes to give a specific reward (the Jua‘l) to anyone who may be able to realize a specific or uncertain required result.
• Juala is the stipulated price(commission) for performing any service.
• For example, finding a stolen car.
• Juala (Commission), contract form for promise of reward. According to most Muslim Scholars, ju’alah is permissible
